We stayed for 1 night during the Smallholders Fair at Builth. We were made to feel most welcome . The room was clean , comfortable and quiet! We had a satisfying ,tasty breakfast. Mr. and Mrs . Harley as well as the children were courteous , chatty and very pleasant. Would definately stay again if accommodation was available.
