This 'Albergo' is on a GREAT LOCATION. It's actually a nice, small hotel in walking distance to the center of Ascona and to the 'Lido' (Beach, Lake front and Swimmingpool). The hotel STFF IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY!!! The BREAKFAST BUFET HAS A BIG VARIETY! Unfortunately, the hotel does not have enough parking space. Althogh, you can always park at the parking... More

Only had one night, wished we had more. Ascona is a great spot and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The Mirador is 5 minute walk to the main promenade on the lake front. Very warm welcome, although we only arrived around 21:30. The manager of the hotel came to pick us up at the bus station.
