We stayed for one night in June 2011. The hotel is good but not great value for money but then nothing in Ascona is. It is a very expensive place. Pretty and nice views of the lake but not from the hotel.

Comfortable modern hotel. No restaurant but five mins from lots. Lovely pillows. Free wifi. Parking off road in hotel grounds. Lovely room. Balcony. South facing but no view of lake. Eur125 Inc breakfast. Very friendly.

Only a short, relatively flat walk to Ascona's lake foreshore. Comfortable, quiet room, although relatively small. Lack of airconditioning could be an issue mid-summer. Ample free parking. Would definitely stay here again.
