Had a single night here. The staff were great in providing information of what to do, what trails to walk and also the tickets or the Burgerbad. The room was quite small as was the bathroom but was adequate, also plenty of car parking.

Hotel Walliserhof looks very pretty as you approach it - all balconies, shutters and windowboxes full of red and white geraniums. Inside, our room was clean, comfortable, good sized, with a small balcony (lovely views) and a large bathroom. I stayed here for 3 nights while 'taking a cure' at the hot springs. This 3 star hotel is wonderful in every respect. It is a postcard-perfect example of a traditional Swiss mountain hotel - the building is historical, complete with fully timbered walls, a salon downstairs, and balconies on most (if not all) of the rooms. Accommodations, breakfast, balcony views, proximity to activities-restaurants-bus station, if I could rate with "six green circles" I would! Add in Mr. and Mrs. Loretan and staff, and you can up it to "seven green circles".

We spent a weekend in the Hotel Walliserhof. Everything was great. We had everything we needed. They even offer things that you don't easily find in a 4 stars hotel for free. We stayed the weekend at Hotel Walliserhof while skiing for the weekend. The staff were very accommodating even offering to pick us from the bus station with all our gear which helped a ton.
