Had a nice stay at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and so was the staff...very easy to get to downtown Zurich and to the airport via the #10 tram. Rooms were clean as were the bathroom... Staff was very attentive to all needs...you can get a tram ticket at the desk... I would stay here again.
