This was a lovely apartment, really well equipped with stunning views of the dents du midi, right in the centre of Villars, just 50 metres from train up and down the mountain. No faults at all and very helpful owners at the end of a phone !

It is located in avery nice town over the mounten. 30 mints from Montroux. Near the supermarkets, shops, train - bus station , sport center (ice-skate - swimming pole - bowling) and Halal turkish restaurant. The landlord is very friendly and supportive. I really recommend it.

Chalet Balthazar id within a minute's walk of the station in Villars, and right next to a grocers, a ski-hire shop and the central bar- yet we found it incredibly quiet at night. Chalet Balthazar is a real find. Cozy and food shops, ski hire, and mountain railway are on the doorstep, so incredibly convenient for families with young kids (there’s no need for car to get around). The owners are very responsive. A fab time.
