Les Touristes is a charmingly dated hotel, with a friendly atmosphere. My room was very small indeed, but was clean and did the job.
The real drawback is the location. Buses to town are about every 40 to 50 minutes. It's ok to walk back as 15mins downhill. The issue is that if you want to come back for a...

We were 7 guys travelling for 4 days of ski. We all have single rooms and 5 of them have been in this hotel several times. I knew in advance that some of the rooms had shower and some had toilet and some none of the above. I got of course the room with a small sink as the only...

located in the old village so about 15 minutes walk up to place-central.
its location can get a bit tricky if you want to go out to town after hours while getting to and back from the slopes is easy using the local free bus.
this is a very old-school hotel; the rooms/beds/shower - all very basic.
the restaurant is...

This is a charming little budget hotel, and what a deal in otherwise expensive Verbier. This hotel is in old Verbier, and is a nice walk to amenities including bank and bus stop. We got a basic continental breakfast, which is all we needed.

I'm giving this place 4/5 stars because frankly its the best value we could find for staying somewhere on a budget in Verbier. We (a couple in early 30's) stayed here for a few nights in early January for skiing. Verbier is very, very expensive and this place suited our needs just fine. You make up for the affordability of...

The "Les Touristes" is THE place for fondue in Verbier. The place is rather small, but nice and with a lot of atmosphere - more the place where the locals go. The menu is rather small, but you should go there for fondue anyway. Prices are low.
Language is French, but with a little bit of creativity you will get...

I had a single room about 2 x 3 m (6 x 9 ft) with a bed, a drawer, a shelf, a sink and a toilet in one corner. I didn't spend much time in the room so I found it quite appropriate. I had a balcony with a nice view.
The hotel was nice and small with friendly personnel....

Stayed here with a friend for four nights while skiing Verbier. The community bathrooms and showers were clean. The room was small, but clean. The walls of the rooms are thin. You could easily hear people talking at a normal conversation volume in the next room so bring your ear plugs. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the...

The hotel is a bit outside to city center, you have to walk up quite a steep way for 20 min before you reach the center where restaurants and pubs are, but it's a nice path in the old village of Verbier.
The price are hard to beat compare to what is available around Verbier, and it's fairly clean, but...
