I stayed there for 1 night only, in a single room. The room was nice and not as small as I expected. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the neigborhood is very quiet. I stayed one night at this pleasant, peaceful hotel and had the misfortune of leaving my cell phone behind in my room when I departed. Regensdorf is somewhat of a bedroom community, 25 minutes by commuter train to downtown Zurich, and near the "north loop" of the expressway system; a 25 minute drive from the airport. I worked there from '91 to '94, when the Hirschen was a restaurant only. In '97 it went under new ownership, who did a major rehab of the building... More
