The staff at the Ambassador were all very friendly. The room was cleaned extrememly well each day and the buffet breakfast was superb. No complaints at all. The room we had (322) was at the top of the hotel looking out over the lake. More

Many of the rear facing rooms have balconies with outstanding views over Lac Leman and the mountains on the south shore. Room 101 has a giant patio big enough for a good size cocktail party. What would otherwise be a charming hotel which we have used many times before, I must categorically fault it for its failure to honour a confirmed reservation in writing, and for management being singularly rude in failing to make good on its error by assisting in finding alternate accommodation. A very black mark indeed. More
