The price is average, if not a little below average for Switzerland.
My room on the 2nd floor was correct, with a good mattress.
The breakfast is very nice, with excellent homemade jams.
And finally, the situation is great, just in front of the lake

We always knew that Switzerland was going to be expensive but manners cost nothing! We found the hotel staff quite unhelpful. We were on the 3rd floor and with no lift and copious amounts of luggage, this was no easy task!
