The staff in this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good as are evening meals. The town is large and the Crans area upmarket and expensive. very nice family hotel offering lots of extra services like hotel bus to ski lifts and back, swimming pool, sauna etc. on walking distance 200m from shopping area so you don't need your car.
