The hotel is not rated propperly. Old fashioned with rooms just over one of the main roads accessing to Crans-Montana. No price for value. Kind of hotel that shouldn't be in Crans-Montana

Stayed 1 night in April while attending the Caprices Festival. The hotel is a 5 -10 minute walk from the Funiculaire of Crans Montana. We just happened upon Hotel de La Foret on our travels through Switzerland. We thought Crans-Montana looked a nice place to stay and with a crying baby in the car stopped by one of the first places we saw. We felt so fortunate it was La Foret! We drove to Crans Montana and arrived in one day but had allowed for an overnight stop. A phone call to the hotel established that our allocated room was not available for the extra night but we were offered an alternative with a move the following day, this worked very well and our overnight bags were moved for us while...
