We have just returned from a holiday in Winterberg, staying at this absolutely charming hotel. Unfortunately our German language skills are non-existent but from the very first contact with the hotel to book our stay, the professional and friendly staff made huge efforts to help us and to make us feel as comfortable as possible despite our inability to speak... More
