Big rooms, we were in a triple, with small bathroom and creaky floors. Great location in city center, easy walking access to all markets, shops and restaurants/bars in between. We always come here for a great beer! Due to the fact that they are locally owned and operated, their beer does not get distributed and is only available at their location. Highly recommend their Dragan blut beer or any weizen...amazing!

We were booked in here as part of a tour. We paid extra to upgrade to Alte Tenne rooms but this was the worst room we had in two weeks touring Germany. The shower was so weak it was ridiculous. My colleagues and I came to this brewery for the brewery tour, tasting, and dining experience that they offer. Wolfgang gave a very educational and engaging tour of his brewery with samples of their quality beverages throughout. The evening was capped by a feast of excellent traditional German food. All in all, an evening very well spent.

Griesbräu is my favourate hotel in Murnau for it's central location, fresh look, spacious and quiet rooms and of cause local food and beer downstairs. It's a pleasure when the owner talks to his guests so you can give your feedback instantly. All major attractions are maximum in just 10 min walk through this pretty village.

We had a room in the beautifully converted barn and loved it. The barn conversion is amazing and our room was spacious and lovely.
