The hotel was nothing special. The rooms are okay; the breakfast is okay; the staff is very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for one night while in Heidelberg and the hotel served its purpose. The beds were okay but the mattresses were a little hard. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay because it is reasonably priced.
Situated at quite location. The lobby was very small. Rooms are of average size. Bathroom was good with bath tub. I thank hotel management that they use dispensers for shampoo and shower gel. It saves lots of plastic.

Very average hotel...small check in, friendly enough, English spoken. Small bar behind reception. Got there at 10pm so no food, but Italian Restaurant next door open to 11pm. Strange place, rather spooky, but good food, amazing value for money. Room OK - clean enough, 30 TV channels, reasonable size. All in all...nothing particularly good, nothing particularly bad. Very average
