After staying at Dornrosenschloss the previous night, Schloss Waldeck was a surprising disappointment. Our superior room was on two levels, with the bed upstairs and the bath down! We got lost in the halls repeatedly. Meals were just so so, given the atmosphere. The view of the lake is spectacular, even in the rain.
