Without a shadow of doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are utterly clueless. The concept of service of any standard is beyond them. Their attitude borders on contempt.

I stayed here for one night for business purposes. Hotel was really easy to find, as very near to the street. Which was a bit of a problem: surroundings are very loud, couldn't open the window, as too loud. Check-in was very quick and professional, just like check-out. Rooms had seen better days. Room was OK but the hotel is in an industrial area, and there is nothing around, so if you've been working all day, not much for the evenings. No restaurant in the hotel (except for breakfast which was very good). Not too expensive but I would pick another place next time. Unfortunately during Ambiente, choices are limited!
