We recently stayed here one night prior to our return flight from Munich airport. It is actually located in a little town just south of Erding and is a little hard to find unless you have GPS. Beautiful guest-house in Erding. 15 minutes drive to the airport (The owner took us there for a moderate fee), and less than 10 to the Therme.
Very nice rooms, impeccable cleanness, nice atmosphere, warm decoration, excellent breakfast.
We will most definitely come back!
