From the very start it made an excellent impression. It is located very close to the old center, everything is accessible by foot. This Best western was immaculate and provided superior service. The night manager " Rudy" was exceptional and went out of his way to help with anything. The restaurant attached to the hotel, FRANKIIS was an utter disappointment though. After a long day at a convention and having made a reservation well in advance, the restaurant sat us and did not...
