We attended this hotel for a wedding reception and stayed here for the night. The wedding meal was outstanding and conducted as if it had been rehearsed a million times from start to finish it was just first class. the standard of this hotel was consistand from top to bottom every body has the right frame of mind and very... We visited the hotel as guests at an evening wedding reception. We did not stay over, so can not comment on rooms etc... However we were very impressed with the setting of the hotel. The receprion rooms were spacious, and looked gorgeous with glass doors and pillars within the room. Food on evening was excellent, hot meat sandwiches with small... More

Our second stay at this hotel and maybe our last. Pluses first for fairness - good staff who were pleasant and helpful and the meal in The Stables was very good. Down side - walls of bedroom are so thin we could virtually hear a conversation in the next room and they weren't speaking with raised voices and then of... More

Along with friends, my wife and I had a lovely three night break here in early May. We selected superior rooms, our friends on the first floor, and us on the second. The rooms were large, had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, with the furniture in keeping with what we believe to be a the grade two listed building... More

I stayed at the Beamish Hall Hotel for one night as part of a business trip. It's a magnificent building in a beautiful parkland setting. Reception was friendly and efficient and the room was excellent: I'd had an upgrade and the room was large, comfortable, attractively furnished and beautifully clean. The bathroom had everything you might need - including a... More

Rooms are wonderful and clean, bed very comfortable. Only problem was the room became very warm. Many people will appreciate that I imagine. I cannot say enough about how good the quality of food was - it is extremely high quality. The Stables Bar is lovely, and the waiter was extremely helpful.

My partner and I stayed at the Beamish Hall Hotel as part of a wedding party. We had a great time and the rooms we were in for the wedding were fantastic. The hotel itself is very beautiful, it has lovely grounds and the staff are extremely efficient. Our room was really quite small and not very much space to... More

The setting of the hotel is superb and the reception staff were extremely helpful and professional. The communal areas of the hotel appear a little run down and would benefit from some TLC. We stayed in a classic twin room costing £110 b&b. There was no space in the room, so much so we had to push the beds together!... More

A day out at the Beamish Museum was most enjoyable and the short drive to Beamish Hall resulted in arrival at the impressive listed building. Faultless and friendly reception staff gave every expectation of a pleasant stay. Our room, a ‘Classic Double’ gave the initial impression of quality. It soon became evident that the room was considerably on the small... More
