Weve stayed at several places in LV and this place ranks the lowest IMHO. Rock hard beds. Room smelled like sewage. Hot water didn't work. Stairwells had rat feces on them. Would not recommend.

The atmosphere is very friendly. Group cooking is fun. I can only stay positive things about this place. Easy walking distance to most places in the area. I will be back!

Enjoyed our stay at Kurt n Marina's located perfectly on the beach in La Ventana. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The outdoor eating area is the highlight of this place where you can meet and form friendships with fellow kitesurfers/windsurfers. We are looking forward to returning next year.
