The first thing that comes to mind is: odd. It's a weird hotel with a weird kind of service. The rooms are excellent, but are in no comparison with the rest of it all. “Very comfortable rooms”

I stayed here for several weeks at a time when I was on business in Switzerland. The rooms are spacious and the luxurious. The hotel has little in the way of amenities but the staff was very friendly and super helpful. This is not the place to stay if you don't have a car. They don't serve meals on Sunday.... More

“Perfect stay for traveling around Switzerland by car”

We stayed at Hotel First for two nights, Dec 29 and 30. The rooms are simply perfect, the service excellent, the price very reasonable. The location is not for posters, you will not get nice views over lake Zurich, but we (family with 2 children) used it as a base for visiting neighboring locations and it proved a great choice....
