Back of Chapel gave us a good first-impression. The welcome was nice with the easy-going but straight forward owners. We felt comfortable there with our roommates and the staff. “Stay away - dirty, no refunds at all”

After putting a 10% deposit down, we arrived and paid for a night. The deposit was apparently just the booking fee and does not apply to the total fee. But that's okay, no worries. To Munky852, The 10% deposit you mention goes to the third party which is who you made your reservation through. As you state, this is a booking fee in which none of the amount actually gets to us.
