Got a bit panicky prior to our trip thanks to the tripadvisor reviews. Thankfully, it wasn't that bad. We arrived and after queuing more than 1 hour we learned that everything was extra here. Towels, bed linen, TV, Wifi - you can easily pay up to €200-300 for quite basic things. Much to my surprise it was easily accesed by the bus, staff were friendly and had a good level of english, the rooms were clean, and it was a good ski in-ski out for the money. Stayed in this apart hotel for a week. It's in beautiful location on the hill next to the ski-area.Just excellent ski-out from the residence. The staff were aggressive and rude! Looking back at the reviews things have always been that way. There was 6 of us in a "6 person" flat. it was TINY! me and my boyfriend slept on bunk beds in a cupboard! It was discustingly dirty, tissues and socks under the bed, we didn't have an oven, we had a microwave.... More
