We stayed at Beaulieu for a week on our skiing vacation. The location is perfect, and I can recomment to pay a little extra for having your room heading to the south. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and newly renovated. Breakfast was very good and the location in the town is excellent. Email the hotel for any pre-trip advice such as booking transfers or ski-hire.

I'd categorize this as a hostel, not a hotel. If you don't expect more than a bed and shower you're set. Not too bad, albeit very expensive.
