Hotel Edelweis is a wonderfull place located right in the middle of the big attractions of the Alps (expecially when you like cycling or walking). We really enjoyed our time in La Grave where the hotel staff always greets you with a smile and the food was absolutely Michelin star class. Would we go back, 100% YES.

I have stayed here several times - winter and summer and highly reccomend it. Great location near to shops and ski lift but away from the main road. Marlon and Robin really make you feel welcome. My friends stayed here two years ago during the Tour, and cycled all the major climbs in the area over three days. Marlon and Robin were incredible hosts. L'Edelweisss is a wonderful cosy mountain hotel. Super five star view on La Meije (3984 m) and surrouding peaks and glaciers. Excellent wining and dining. We have had a lovely time in this hotel. The quality of the room and of the bed was really good. Silence during the evening. TV in the bedroom. Clean bathroom with a bath.
