Nice Hotel a a strategic place of the city. A shoppingcenter nearby and the city center at 2 minutes by car. Friendly personel, warm welkom at the reception. Good rooms and a good boxspring to sleep on. Breakfast with a wide variety of bread and other stuff.

Typical Ibis hotel, clean, convenient and well managed. New very modern dining area adds colour to a large reception. Very close to motorway network. would use the hotel again, with a wide choice of restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this Ibis because we wanted to visit the interesting sites in Saintes, and it was convenient for that purpose. However, when we arrived, the desk clerk informed us that since there were so few people that night they had closed the restaurant, and the only place nearby was McDonalds. The Saintes Ibis is conveniently situated close to, but out of earshot of, the autoroute. The room was clean and didn't reek of earlier generations of smokers, hastily masked by air freshener, like so many French chain hotel rooms.
