We went on a Christmas Market tour to Northern France and stayed 4 nights at Le Grand Hotel in Valenciennes. The rooms were small but clean. Nice bathroom with a few toiletries provided. I never slept at the hôtel but had several (more than ten) opportunities to invite people either at the Brasserie Hans or at the restaurant gastronomique during the past 10 years.
