Upon arrival, staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. Keys were not ready. Staff could not advise on where to park our vehicle and were uninterested to help. Some rooms were not cleaned properly. When any questions were asked about local restaurants etc, we were told to "look it up online yourself"! Breakfast was not satisfactory. The hotel itself is very comfortable... More
