The rooms are nice and we really appreciated that parking was made available, though if you arrive after 18:00 and only intend to stay the night you can actually park outside for free. The hotel is bang opposite Nausicaa and so is well located for that but far from the town centre. The staff was very helpful; the only issue... More

Been here several times, always found it immaculate and efficient, not cheap but the quality is worth every penny. Great for a winter break as the spa area is equipped with sun beds to lay back in the heat and dream of Summer. More

We enjoyed a wonderful night at La Matelote. The premiere room we stayed in overlooked the beach and was nicely appointed. At 190 Euros it should be! My wife and I enjoyed a happy evening in Tony Lestiennes's restaurant with a bill of around 300 Euro with wine. The London restaurants with a Michelin star are more expensive but this... More

As in the title, the rooms were nice and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a great little hotel, that is unfortunately a bit far from the old town, but this shouldn't deter you if you're looking for friendly service and comfortable rooms. Food was excellent in the restaurant but the service ruined it. You can risk it,... More

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to spain. The room was adequate with a balcony overlooking the sea, clean and a decent size.Cannot comment on the breakfast as we decided it was to expensive and we would go to a local cafe. The restaurant we were very impressed with.It was a sunday evening and full - good sign.A mixture... -Definitely not a 4 star hotel (What service?, very basic/cheapo/smelly rooms) -Restaurant Menu far too expensive for what it is (Scallops cold, boiled seabass, madame the boss has lost the plot with aperitifs) -Small pool- what's the point? - Breakfast rates too high for what's on offer Monsieur Lestienne, be careful, you need to focus: you are loosing ground here.... Hello, The hotel is a good 3 stars. You need to book the parking (2nd pr 3rd floor) in front of Nausicaa. Room 30 is a prestige at the fist floor view street and sea very far. Very calm. Tea in your room. The swimming pool is very very small. The breakfast buffet is quite expensive and not a good value... More

I don't like noisy beaches and lots of people. In the summer, Boulogne-sur-Mer – is the case. In the end of October, beaches are deserted, and only 2-3 rooms are occupied in the hotels. Wonderful time. Hotel is quiet. It is good to stay in a bar alone listening to the sounds of mechanical piano and drink a calvados. Beach... More

We arrived on Friday to the hotel which we found without difficulty. We parked outiside and my husband went in and checked in and got the pass to the garage which is at the back of the hotel. Fully locked and secure. Which was great as there was no parking around the hotel anytime that weekend we were there. From... More

I have used this hotel+restaurant alone and with my family for many years. The food is outstanding and service extremely attentive and courteous. You are welcomed as a friend. Serving staff are long serving and extremely swift thorough and professional. I live in Nice where there are many Michelin starred restaurants. This is so much better and more intimate! have... More
