The suite was clean and comfortable. The bath and shower room was spacious, although the shower drain was clogged Babbitt. The only toilet was in a small closet by the front door. The pool was new and great. Treadmill was new . Breakfast was great.

A perfect location to celebrate New Year. The hotel is situated in the heart of Gérardmer with closeness to shops and resturants. But no need to go out, you have three resturants, in the hotel and a wonderful bar where you have to get in early if you want to have a place in front of the large fire place.... More

The hotel looks nice and authentic, but we had some great disappointments. They advertise with the Spa but you have to pay a lot extra to use it. A cup of tea at the bar costs 5,5 euro! While checking in at the reception they answer the phone or help others and leave you waiting. The bed was very hard... More
