hard to find as other reviewers wrote. If you miss the exit, you end up driving through industrial areas with no signs pointing to the hotel. The enviroment of the hotel looks dirty and not very appealing. Reception was ok, besides a broken computer of the receptionist. The room was small and not really clean. Toilet paper was almost out... More

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Where do I start? Surly arrival. Impossible to find due to changed road layout (even local taxi drivers don't know where it is!). Room stinking of cigarettes, dirty, poor quality fittings, bathroom dirty. Downstairs bar is just an extension of reception with zero atmosphere and little choice. There is a strange smell... More

Was the smallest room in which I have ever been lost in the map. The system of room keys, is obsolete. The bathroom looked unsanitary. It is the worst Ibis hotel chain I've ever been in life.

Hotel is difficult to find, even with GPS coordinates. It is old and too expensive for what it offers. Over and above that the breakfast service on the 2nd morning was a mess. The duty manager explained why and did not charge for it. I have stayed here before and all was acceptable but on my next trip I will... More

Although the staff are courteous and friendly, they cannot disguise the fact that the hotel is run down and in need of renovating. It is a shame, as the hotel’s location is ideal for two main exhibition venues and Charles de Gaulle airport. Access to the hotel is also a bit of a problem, as a new road junction has... More

Unfortunately the hotel is not easy to find, navigation did not help. Staff is uninterested and not service oriented in their reactions to my questions. Dust lingered under the bed. The choice for the Ibis instead of any other, even cheaper hotel was not the correct choice.

I like to stay at Ibis hotels because standards are uniform, and properties are clean and simple, usually good value for money. Here the rule was broken... The hotel was very difficult to find due to total lack of signs. We arrives at 10:30 pm, and couldn't get a thing to eat. They definitely didn't follow the 24/7 rule for... More

After arriving at the hotel late I was surprised to find that the hotel served no food whatsoever apart from breakfast and served no drinks at all apart from a couple of soft drinks which were priced very expensively. The hotel was not very clean and the staff spent more time on their laptops on facebook than anything else, or... More

Hotel requires updating on both the outside and inside, other wise staff were pleasant and position for our business trip was good, even though they have blocked off the main entrance with a ''A'' road and you have to get off at the next exit and go back up the same road to get there.
