We just stayed 1 night, but were warmly welcomed by Martine, got great restaurant tips and the next morning a wonderful breakfast with homemade products and enriching discussions. We felt like at home. The rooms are spacious and clean. The place is a bit out of town (which makes it a quiet place), and in just 10 minutes by car... More

Impossible to find fault with LaN. Martine and Jose could not have been more pleasant and when my travel arrangements went awry, they were only too pleased to help sort things out. Meals were delicious - particularly the assortment of home-made specialities at breakfast - and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Don't leave without trying the walnut wine!

I am sorry our breakfast turned out to be a disappointment. As pointed out in the website I have opted to lay on homemade baking & dairy products as well as various fruit dishes. The breakfast is different each morning - sometimes there is freshly baked bread and sometimes toast because we like that too! To me a maison d’hôte... More

This was a wonderful place to stay. Martine and José were wonderful hosts and very helpful to us in organizing our trip to the Maconnais and Beaujolais vineyards and navigating the rental or our car and the transportation by train in Mâcon. Martine contacted several vineyards for us so that we were able to make appointments. Her cooking was wonderful,... More

La Noyeraie is in a beautiful setting located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from some local shops including a supermarket, patisserie and a cafe/bar. Martine gave us a warm friendly welcome and the Lavender Room was delightful. Breakfast was fresh and varied and being able to share that time with Martine made it even better. Nothing... More
