We stayed in the hotel for two nights during the end of July. Overall, a very good hotel. The rooms are a very good standard - much larger than I was expecting by European standards. Lovely white bed linens, excellent bathroom and amenities. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. I was happy to have paid a little...

Spending 3 weeks in France, this is the hardest review to do. This is a four star hotel but I think that a couple of the stars could be more polished and buffed. The location is very good. Set off of the street in the main part of town, you can walk to everything that you want to see. The...

Lovely hotrel right in centre of this absolutely great town. You can walk everywhere. food in rastaurant was good but you are so close to town that you shoudl venture outside. Very highly recommended. The restaurant at the end of the drive was really good. Drive down the wine route so some great little towns.

This hotel has a vey nice setting in the centre of Obernai which is a good base for touring Alsace. It has many buildings compactly arranged around a central courtyard. The complex is surrounded by gardens enclosed by a perimeter wall that is part of the original city walls. The hotel has a great pool/spa area with coed sauna and...

Very well situated in the beautiful town of Obernai, and within a walking distance of every thing. We found the staff charming (and very helpful with parking the car). The room , overlooking the gardens was big, very quiet and light. Breakfast the next day slightly disorganised (Easter weekend and everybody arriving at the same time) but the staff was...

A well run lovely hotel deserving of its 4 stars. However, we had the displeasure of spending 275 Euros for the worst meal we have ever had in France. Simply put, the chef has no idea how to cook. We should have walked when we received the complementary entree. It was a lukewarm vegetable soup with no flavor. Foie gras...

We have booked a 4 nights charme package, @ 309 euro per night. Located just in the centre of very characteristic Obernai. A very clean swimming pool with lots of secrets. Wonderful dinner. De sommelier knew a lot and made good suggestions of wines. Unfortunately only for one night....
Because, just on the first night, we had a phone call...

I've stayed in many Alsace hotels and this is by far the best. The rooms were large for the area, clean, and very comfortable. The site is wonderful with plenty of parking and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The restaurant was great - I had several meals and all were fantastic especially the chacroute with fish, an unexpected...
