what a horrendous looking building. no restaurant, and bar very limited. we were lucky with our room though i think. brand new pretty bathroom. bedroom was a little sparce - and you can only have the remote control for the tv if you ask at the reception! but we had a stunning view. it was a good stop over point,... If you pay 180 euros/night for a room you expect something better than what this hotel supplies. The rooms are basic, the bathrooms (shower) newly tiled but with plastic mugs for toothbrush (that fall over if you're not careful) and only one towel hook for a double room. Dingy corridors and a curious and confusing double door to the room.... More

We had booked this hotel for one night based on its advertised sea views from the balcony. Unfortunately we were put in a lower level room from which the sea view would have required cutting a window through dense trees. It would be more truthful to say that lower level rooms have a garden view. The hotel is actually quite... More

Firstly, yes this hotel does have an amazing location with its own private beach/cove. If you want a holiday of simple relaxation on the beach and aren't too bothered about your accomodation then this may suit you. However, make sure that your French is of a high standard before you go, as though it lists in the brochures that staff... More

We travelled with our almost 2 year-old and had requested a cot in the room. This may explain why the room was one of the ones with only the bathroom refurbished and consequently a very dated bedroom. Externally the hotel reminded me of a Cuban hotel we stayed in (i.e. in need to repair / investment). When we arrived (following... More

This hotel is a 1970's concrete building which is starting to need repairs. The exterior is stained with rust and the balcony of our room starting to show cracks and crumbling. The public rooms have been renovated to a quite good standard, the bathroom and separate toilet modernised and very acceptable, but the rooms are very poor! No armchair, just... More

We arrived in the evening to be greeted by one of the most spectular sunsets we've ever seen. The position of the hotel is such that the sun goes down right in the middle of the bay and all the rocks and sand in the vicinity of the hotel glow orange - very spectular. The hotel is well maintained and... More

My wife and I spent four days at this hotel in early September 2008. Staff were very helpful and effective. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Location is good if you have a car (advisable for Corsica), as the centre of Propriano is a realtively long walk away, pleasant nevertheless. Although we had one of the basic rooms (no air... More

Hotel facilities are average but the staff were really nice and most spoke fluent English. The room (as all do) had a sea view over the bay. It was great to wake up to and relax on the balcony at sunset. The sheets and towels were clean and the bathroom recently renovated. The room itself was a bit musty, but... More

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and liked it. The check in was very easy and fast also it was very fast to check out. Our bill was already prepared when we went down, it took us really only 2 minutes to pay. Rooms are very basic, nothing special but pretty spacious and clean. The hotel is located... More
