We stayed at the KIB in november 2011. Had a poolaccessvilla, which was great with direct access to pool. Poolvilla itself is good choice. Hotel halffull with mainly Swedish tourists. Worst hotel ever! Booked transport - didn't arrive. Eventually got picked up by hotel handyman. Hotel grounds scruffy with rubbish strewn around.
