Travelled with Travelsphere to this hotel for three night stay. The food was poor quality and the portions were minute. The 'manageress' had an unfortunate attitude that was quite confrontational so that you felt you should do as you were told. We were told what time to dine because it was better for the staff! Booked with Shearings Coaches. We were supposed to stay in a better hotel but were put in the Berta. No bars or cafes that you could walk to in the vicinity. No shops.
