I liked everything: the nice prices, the friendly staff, the good location, the nice bedrooms and the excellent breakfast.

I stayed at the Tuscia because I had to spend the night in Viterbo for a school test that my teenage son had to take. The location was perfect and the people who worked there were all extremely helpful. While he was taking the test I enjoyed the small roof-top terrace where I could see out over the city and...

We stayed at Viterbo in order to visit the classic garden at Villa Lante della Rovere in Bagnaia which can be reached by a town bus. A bonus was the opportunity to be in a town walled since the Middle Ages and peopled by Italians instead of tourists. It did not disappoint.
Hotel Tuscia is a better than decent 3-star...

We stayed here on a public holiday and the city was alive with lots of people out and about. However this meant it was quite noisy as our room was on the street side which lead to poor sleep. The room was clean and tidy with sky TV and a small balcony. It was also reasonably priced at 68 euro...

There are VERY few hotels in Viterbo conveniently located near the historic center (not counting the two or three bed and breakfast places in the Medieval Quarter of Via San Pellegrino). The Hotel Tuscia is probably the best located for proximity to public transportation. I recommend it for convenience and price. It is located within the walls of the old...

Clean but generic hotel inside the old city walls. Reminded me of something like a Motel 6 or a Holiday Inn Express back in the U.S. Our small room faced the street and did have a balcony but the only shutter was a heavy metal one that rolled down! Kind of creepy. Modern, tiny bathroom. Knock-off Ikea type furniture. Bed...

Our car broke down and they helped us to find solutions for us, even tough it was a national holliday over there.
This must have been one of our geatest stays ever in...

The rooms were clean. I had satellite TV, but my friend's room did not. It was a short walk to train station and down town. Not real fancy, but for the price fine. I speak a little Italian, and they were very helpful. Free internet hot spot.

We stayed at the Tuscia for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. The place was clean, most of the hotel staff friendly and helpful and they had a decent breakfast buffet (continental breakfast type). During a full week in Italy, it was the only place that had internet and a computer that you could use free of charge. It...
