Friendly welcome, car parking, rooms nicely furnished. Free wifi. Small shower. I would have gone 5 rating but for breakfast. We arrived at 9.30 half an hour before finish. There was a cold dish of egg and ham no fresh orange juice but some sweet stuff. Shame but good location for town.

Stopped 2 nights here on driving tour. My first impressions of the approach to the city and initial feelings inside the old city walls was that we have made a mistake - the old book cover thing was the answer. Viterbo is quite a nice city to visit. The hotel is modern, clean and very well serviced by excellent staff.... More

The highway was closed due to flashfloods on my way to Florence. Ended up spending the night here, and was very agreeably surprised. It is ideally located at the entrance of the town. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the caffé was simply perfect. Quite recommended as... More

Really nice, clean room. Big with a balcony. Really hot day and the air conditioning did not cool the room at all. The staff offered to change rooms, but the alternative room was also too hot. Shower enclosure leaked all over the carpet. needed a cab to catch a 7:00 am train -- he charged me 20 euro to go... More

The good : Charming and helpful female staff. Male members are not worthy of this praise. The bad : Busloads. Not at all ****. Clear feeling that money is saved on absolutely everything possible. Tired place with dirty carpets and broken appliances. Airco blows warm air only, it's cheaper that way but you won't sleep well. Very noisy location at... More

The hotel is sort of 1980s modern, but it's comfortable and in a fine location 10 minutes from either the railway station (Porta Romana) or the entrance into the old town. Kudos to the staff, who were helpful and very accommodating.

I was well impressed with the time that I spent in this hotel. I arrived in the hotel late one night last week and the staff were very friendly. I urgently needed to use a computer and printer facilities (my laptop had stopped working earlier on in the day) and the hotel very kindly let me use their facilities. It... More

The hotel is located very close to the "Porta Romana" gate to the old city of Viterbo. It also within easy walking distance to the train station. The rooms were clean and well kept during our stay. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

if the 70s were your thing, then you're in for a treat. I can only assume it must have bene remodelled fairly recently in this style as everything is comfortable and working - just retro. Room large but bathroom tiny. Good selection of breakfast items and staff friendly.Great for parking and touring the area, although not convenient if without transport.
