Staff are gentle. The hotel is very pretty, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The Location is perfect to enjoying carnival's events. Right now it becomes my favorite hotel for Viareggio's carnival.

What a great experience it was to stay at this hotel. The Lupori family and staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make your visit the best ever. I felt like I was staying with family or old friends.

If you get a room with a terrace you're laughing - it was superb (especially on the top floor - we reqested when booking). Great "no frills" Hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff - a little expensive without breakfast and quite a distance from the beach.
