Stayed here for two days at end of business trip. Hotel basic, but clean. Good breakfast. Very close to beach and the Italian version of a boardwalk. Hotel manager quite helpful with dinner reservations etc. Much like beach town on the eastern US seaboard (Rehoboth, Jersey shore etc.), but with better food and gelato.

When you make the booking you can see just nice photos from the hotel but in the real life it is very different. The room is dirty, some of them without window the bath room mouldy. The balcony was not cleaned in the last 2 years... etc. The room costs eur100.-/night...look at the photos...you can decied it wors or not...... More

Best location in Viareggio with excellent service, charming decor and a serious attempt to provide a decent breakfast. Wifi is a plus

we stayed in your hotel for two weeks in june,first of all the room we had was at the back of the hotel and ,the shutters were falling off ,the room itself was tiny and in need of painting and decorating.the hotel was quite central,but all in all it was run down. rose limerick
