Bad location..Very noisy ...far away from OLD VARESE CITY ...busy roads ..... rude reception and bad service .The pool area is nice...noisy...andcrowded with dayvisitors...."Relais sul Lago"....was a big disappointment! (NB:Double-check your bill before paying!!!!!!)
Stayed at this hotel when travelling to Varese on business. The hotel itself was ok , clean enough rooms, reasonably well equipped and ok size. Hotel equipped with a spa which although we didn't use, seemed to be good and attractively priced.
One biggest issue was neighbouring parrot sanctury/breeders. Very noisy birds esp early morning.

We booked the last minute package and the hotel offered everything and more for a very good price.
The rooms were adequate, nothing fancy but very clean. The service was really good through out the stay, starting from reception to the wellness area.
