Fabio speaks excellent English and his e-mailing response time is short. He is attentive without being intrusive and his recommendations re restaurants and travel were 'spot on'.Breakfast is fine/good and Italian(!). Parking is no problem. Whilst Varese itself may not be too appealing it is very convenient for Como and Milan. La Collina is on the very outskirts of town...
