Great location in the center of spoleto, small but nice bedroom, and breakfast was a good start for the day: any coffee you wanted, toasts, juice , jams , butter .It has an elevator which is not common for this smaller buildings. The ladies attending the place very nice and helpful . Town flea market very close to hotel
