Rejected our first room (incredibly gloomy) and ended up rejecting the second - both were gloomy, smelling of stale smoke, with tired furnishings. We spent a great weekend at the bad moos hotel and spa... the hotel was easily found... in the middle of the dolomite mountains we found -10C !!! the hotel was warm and welcome, the staff was very nice attentive and helpful..
we had the dinner included i found it very nice (tipicall) they gave us two choices of each...
