We've had, yet again, a great time staying in Selva Gardena at Hotel Fanes. The atmoshere is great, such nice people, good food and tasty wines :-). The rooms are very good and clean. The welness area is a welcome resting point after an long day of skiing.

The second time as quest in hote Fanes, Val Gardena for our skiing trip. The first year (2010), everything was fine, but this year (2011) it was "Horror". The food was terrible, unlike last year. The portions were way too big and from very low quality! Unlike last year. A shame. Also the service at dinner was " terrible" especially...

It seems very strange that 99 percent of our guests judge the Hotel Fanes as very good, except the guest who wrote the review in question! The review contains false information and does not reflect all our professionalism, the high level of service, the very excellent food, the superior quality of our rooms and did not finish the prestigious position...
