Very good location, in walking distance of main attractions like Piero della Francesca museum. The proprietor is welcoming and very helpful. You can't have breakfast at the b&b but there are a lot of nice bar and patisseries where you can get delicious croissant and coffee. Our room was really comfortable and appropriate to the price level of the b&b....
