Booked the hotel on Expedia. Picked the non-sea-view room to save a few dollars, especially as we expected to arrive late in the evening and probably walk down to the beach anyway. Upon arrival found that we had been upgraded to a corner sea-view room, meaning that the room was an absolutely huge, apartment-style suite with 3 balconies overlooking the... More

We spent in this hotel one great week of our family holiday. Our apartment was very spacious with beautiful view on the sea and palm`s promenade and town. Kitchen is not fully equiped but if you miss some dish ask on the reception. No problem to complet the equipment. The staff on the reception and chambermaids are very friendly and... More

This is an absolutely delightful hotel, opposite the Casino, near to the sea front and the elegant shops. The staff were very friendly and most of them speak good English. The bedroom was spacious, well maintained with sea views and balcony. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere of times gone by but run with modern and quiet efficiency. The reception... More

I very much wanted to like this place, built in 1923 it was probably cool 50 years ago. The elevator is built into the center of the srairwell, the floors are wood, and a eablefolding shower panel you have to balance on the edge of the tub. The A/C is controlled by what I thought was a TV remote hanging... More

Europa is a lovely hotel, with friendly helpful and bilingual speaking staff with a fantastic ground floor reception, restaurant and lounge area which feels like you have stepped back in time with the marble and beautiful tables and chairs, sadly not all the room are up to scratch so it is worth getting the more expensive rooms, this is my... We spent a week at this lovely hotel and were thoroughly satisfied with everything. The staff were very helpful and the room was huge. We had a sea view room with a small balcony & it was gorgeous to watch the ocean & sunrise or enjoy a drink watching the world go by. The breakfast room was very nice &... More

We stayed three nights in a two room apartment (2 adults and 3 children of 8,6 and 3). It was fairly big and the ceiling was very high, which gives a sense of volume. The furniture is old, but everything was clean. We had a small balcony and view of the casino on one side, and the sea on the... More

This hotel is an elegant lady from an earlier era. Located across the street from the beach at the beginning of the downtown shops and stores. The hotel was retrofitted some years back and may not have all of the modern features - but it has all of the comforts you need and it's kind of "cool" in a way.... More

Full disclosure--I am not a huge fan of San Remo. The hotel is pretty enough from the outside and in the lobby, but our room was dated, contained very little furniture and the bathroom had seen better days. With that said, the room was very large for a European hotel and would be great for a family that needed to... More
