We spent 2 weeks here in August 2008 and had a lovely time. The food was excellent and all the staff very efficient and available to assist. The beach is a little rocky for small children. However the hotel does have a very nice pool.

I recently visited Tropea in Calabria and stayed at the Sunshine Club Hotel in Ricadi. Although Ricadi is about 20 minutes from Tropea staying at this magnificent Hotel did not cause any problems. We flew from Rome to Lamezia Airport which is classed as an International Airport, and the Hotel organised transfers from the airport to Ricadi.
