We took our daughter on a European trip for a birthday present in march 2013. Our trip included a two night stay in Positano. We stayed at Dimora del Podesta after reading trip advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The road into Positano is a one way circular drive down to the coast. This bed and breakfast is nicely situated... More

A friend and I are doing a masters program in Florence and decided that for our spring break, we wanted to go to Naples and Positano. After the frenetic chaos that was Naples, Dimora del Podesta in Positano was the most perfect, relaxing tonic! I wish we had planned to stay there longer! Pietro and Elia were SO nice, always... My twin sister, myself and my niece went to Italy for holiday but didn't expect feeling so much at home at Dimora del Podesta. I can't say enough about this lovely little hotel and the family who ran it...one of the highlights of our trip. We had the corner room which was large by Italian standards, very clean and perfect... Dimora del Podesta is run by a warm, friendly family, who seem happy to go out of their way to be helpful. Thanks to their advice and information, we explored areas we might otherwise have missed. Our room was lovely and perfectly clean, with the most comfortable bed and pillows of our entire trip, lots of storage, and a balcony... More

What a wonderful stay....the room was very spacious and pristine! The balcony and terrace overlooked Positano and it's shores. The Fornillo district of Positano is a must....much quieter and less touristy with better restaurants. Pietro, Elia and the family were so hospitable....they own the restaurant located next to the B&B which is really convenient! Breakfast was served every day in... More

When we arrived to our bed & breakfast, we were greated by the family. The bed & breakfast was located on top of their four generation owned resturant. Rooms were Very clean and comfortable. They had down feather pillows and blanket. Comfortable sized personal bathroom with tub. We had French doors opening to our balcony where we enjoyed breakfast. Breakfast... More

Only three bedrooms in a very cosy bed & breakfast, +1 km away from the elegant Positano central streets, this offer is great if you love being pampered as if at home, in a spotless bedroom with a balcony, with everything you need. The people are very nice, and they also own the restaurant below, where you can eat the... More

I use the word experience because having read all the good reviews, one can be disappointed on one end, and pleasantly surprised on the other --as a result of the experience. Ours was more than positive after having some doubts in the little local bus climbing up from the port. No worries, then it moved downhill and we arrived! In... More

A fantastic place to stay in Positano. This is the best bed and breakfast I have stayed in! Elia and Pietro went above and beyond to help us with everything. What a wonderful family and place to stay!
